Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide in forms or communications, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and message content. We also collect limited technical and usage information, including browser and device characteristics, pages and paths viewed, and referring domains.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to respond to requests, provide services, send requested communications, measure and improve our marketing and website, maintain security and reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our public website uses Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog to understand usage, campaign performance, conversions, errors, and website reliability. Public PostHog events use pseudonymous browser identifiers and limited event details; we do not use PostHog DOM autocapture or session replay on the public site, and we do not intentionally send form values, names, email addresses, full URLs, query strings, or URL fragments to PostHog. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by these services. You may configure your browser to limit cookies, though some features may not function as expected.

4. Data Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate our website, customer communications, analytics, and hosting, including Google, Meta, Vercel, and PostHog, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, safety, or security.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for the period configured in our systems and no longer than needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to make a complaint to a regulator. Contact us using the details below to exercise available rights or ask about our data practices. This policy does not determine whether consent, notice, or another legal basis is required in a particular jurisdiction; we will review those requirements as applicable.

9. Employee CRM Monitoring

The employee CRM is separate from this public-site analytics program. Authenticated CRM users receive a separate employee monitoring notice before sign-in and within the CRM. That notice describes PostHog product analytics, error capture, autocapture, and session replay used for support, reliability, and security; its masking controls; identity data; access; retention; and employee rights.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
